JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer care
– Monitor and manage orders assigned by leaders: Quotation, sales presentation, Contract, production order, delivery order…;
– Customer care, debt reconciliation, debt collection;
– Monitor transfers and foreign affairs.
2. Business development
– Make weekly and monthly business plans, sales revenue plans, incoming money, and open new customers;
– Search for new orders;
– Search for more suppliers to have cheap purchasing mechanisms and services, good quality, fast delivery;
– Always update information of manufacturers to promptly grasp the market situation.
