Closed circulatory process from feeding flat sheet metal through Closed process from priming with a system of 8 automatic spray guns to ensure all surfaces are covered with 1 layer of paint by technical requirements, and circulated through the heating drying system (temperature is set and controlled automatically with temperature error less than 1 degree Celsius). Heat transfer printing of wood grain on steel substrate ensures durable, beautiful, and sharp wood grain. After priming is completed, the step of checking and gluing the creating paper is completed. The texturizing heat drying system is automatically installed on all texturing materials and is capable of meeting all customer requirements. The heat regime is strictly controlled with a temperature error of 1 degree Celsius, helping the product surface create an extremely solid, sharp, and highly aesthetic grain color.
